The Stardust Collection was announced as the 2020 AW Collectionton, and was created by reinterpreting the Stardust created in the early days of KAORU with new values.
Stardust retains its original cuteness as a sparkling three-dimensional shape, but the combination with the smooth and dignified appearance of the hoop earrings made me instantly fall in love with it.
Originally, I couldn't get into hoop earrings because I felt like I was an "older girl," but I've always admired them. These earrings fulfill an ideal that I couldn't have. They're mature and cool, but I like how they're charming and not too sharp. What's more, I'm glad that you can feel the "craftsmanship" and the elaborate construction.
This is just my personal opinion, but I think there are very few simple and modern designs that have both of these qualities.
—— Please tell us about your standard coordination using this item.
I like the way I spend my days off, doing so-called "window shopping" and then visiting familiar restaurants and record stores. When the weather is nice, I also go to the sea and temples.
Taking advantage of the charm of living in Kyoto, I often ride my bicycle to explore Karesansui and see beautiful gardens. On my days off, when I often go out, I tend to wear a more casual and rough style than what I would wear to work. For this reason, we purposely create a ``tightness'' by setting up jewelry from the same collection. Based on stardust hoop earrings, pair it with stardust pearl ear cuffs to create a classy, unified look even in a casual setting, and enjoy a fun and uplifting mood.
—— What is your favorite way to wear it when you want to feel better? ?
When I go to work, I enjoy styling by coordinating a full set and layering as much as I can.
Italian women are my reference for how to wear jewelry! I admire the playful style of boldly wearing large pieces of jewelry, so I wear a lot of them and secretly get excited, thinking, ``I got it! It's so cool!''
——What is the next item you would like to have someday?
"Half eternity DIA ring K18". I believe that I need this ring on my ring finger, which has multiple rings from the Stardust series. Originally, I was aiming for this combination and added more rings. This coordination image, which seems to lead to a dreamy future, will be completed by layering this ring at the end. I'm planning to get it in the not-so-distant future, and I'm looking forward to seeing it completed♪As a side note, this ring is more delicate than the common sense of eternity rings. When I asked the production team how they made it, they told me that they set it so tightly that the diamonds stick out. I think one of KAORU's charms is that they don't compromise on what they want to create, even if it is very difficult and time-consuming.

I believe that dressing up gives positive energy to yourself and those around you. I believe that if you are happy, the people around you will also be happy. It is important to be simple and minimalistic, but by getting something that you love, no matter what it is, it will bring out your charm, which in turn will attract people. I believe that.
